Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days of being received. Please keep in mind that we are closed weekends and all federal holidays. Orders placed late Friday afternoon and over the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.

Alaska Geographic ships to United States addresses via US Postal Service First Class/Priority Mail:

Shipping charges for DVD's may be less depending on quantity ordered.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

Items are returnable within 30 days of the purchase date as long as they are in resalable condition. Please ship any items being returned, along with a copy of your order confirmation receipt to:
